Staff will be on hand to assist you with selecting and launching equipment.  They will give you some guidance on where to paddle and any limits.  They will be able to give a few top tips on how to paddle but remember this is not a taught course.

Staff are primarily there to keep an eye on participants and ensure the safety of those taking part.  As numbers and time allows they may set up a game or a challenge at some point throughout the evening.
