HR Business Partner teams support casework, recruitment, workforce planning, and compliance.
Drives digital transformation with innovative solutions, improved reporting, and staff engagement.
Health & Safety and People Analytics
Focuses on Prevention, by ensuring that workplaces and employees are safe, healthy and protected when carrying out their work.
Ensures that operations and working practices are compliant with health and safety regulations.
Manages HR workforce systems and data analytics to support data driven-based decision-making
Ensuring employees are supported and trained in safe Moving & Handling and Manual Handling techniques through provision of training, assessments and audits.
Leads on provision and access to Occupational Health, Physiotherapy and Employee Counselling services
HR Strategy, Organisational Development and Wellbeing
Creates, sources and delivers a range of approaches to developing people and capabilities required for a Digital Council. As well as digital skills this includes mindsets and practices.
Leads on recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and compliance. This includes resourcing strategies to support our workforce needs and the Plan for Fife aspirations such as workforce youth investment and the Life Chances approach.
Supports Social Work and Social Care staff through creating, sourcing and delivering a range of professional development opportunities. Specialist areas of support include Trauma Informed Practice and Whole Family Wellbeing.
Supports the improvement of organisational performance through activities such as leadership development, employee engagement and culture and behaviours work.
